How to teach different subjects to different groups in the same period
Use elective groups to split a batch into groups studying different subjects at the same time.
A timetable can hold more than one subject in the same period, with different students assigned to each.
Example: Grade 3 is split into two groups: Library for Group 1 and Debate for Group 2 in the same period; in the next period the groups swap.

- Create a second elective group (e.g. Activities 2).
- Add the same subjects and assign students the other way round: Library for Group 2, Debate for Group 1.
- Create the timetable and place the elective group in the period. It contains different subjects for different students.
Important: Assign subjects to teachers before creating the timetable.
This also makes managing exams and entering marks for these subjects easier.
