Managing assets

An asset is something the institution owns, such as land, buildings or equipment.

Add an asset

1. Click Menu → Administration → Finance → Asset Liability Management → Asset.
2. Click Create.

3. Enter the title (asset name).
4. Enter a short description.
5. Enter the amount.
6. Click Save.

View, edit and delete assets

1. On Assets, click View.

2. Click PDF report at the top for a report.
3. Click Edit to change an asset. To deactivate it, tick Make Asset Inactive?; the record turns grey.

4. Click Delete to remove it.
