Employee payslip generation overview

Generating payslips in myschool takes little effort — payslips can be generated or reverted with one click. Because leave requests are handled in the system, whoever generates or approves payslips can check employees’ leave records to make sure deductions are accurate.

Before you start: add payroll categories and create payroll groups.

Workflow

1. Generate payslips in Human Resources.
2. Approve or reject them in Finance.
3. Regenerate rejected payslips after correcting them.
4. Revert an approved payslip if needed.
5. View the payslip report.
