How do I delete an SMS package?

An SMS package can be deleted at any time, even if it has already been assigned to a school.

Note: Inherited SMS packages cannot be deleted.

Steps to delete an SMS package

1. Log in to your myschool account panel.
2. In the top-right corner, click your account name to open the account panel.
3. Click Company. Your company profile is displayed.
4. On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) is displayed.
5. Click Settings next to the package.
6. In the top-right corner, click Delete SMS Package.
