How do I remove an SMS package from a school?

An SMS package can be removed from an individual school at any time.

Steps to remove an SMS package

1. Log in to your myschool account panel.
2. In the top-right corner, click your account name to open the account panel.
3. Click Company. Your company profile is displayed.
4. On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) is displayed.
5. Click Schools for the relevant package.
6. Click Settings next to the school.
7. In the top-right corner, click Remove SMS Package.

Note: Removing a package only unassigns it from that school. To remove the package from your account entirely, see Delete an SMS package.
