How does a school track its SMS usage?
Schools can see their remaining SMS balance in the top-right corner of the SMS module when the package status is active.
To help schools keep track of their SMS usage, the SMS module always shows the number of SMS available in the top-right corner of the page.
For a school to see its available SMS count, the Status field in the SMS package settings for that school must be set to Active.
Note: A school can be assigned several SMS packages, but only one package can be active at a time.
If your school’s balance is running low, contact your account administrator or the myschool support team.
