How do I track SMS usage as an account administrator?

Account administrators can track their schools’ SMS usage at any time from the account panel.

Steps to track SMS usage

1. Log in to your myschool account panel.

2. In the top-right corner, click your account name to open the account panel.

3. Click Company. Your company profile is displayed.

4. On the left, click SMS. The list of SMS packages (created and inherited) is displayed.

   For each package, the following details are shown:

   • Package name
   • Service provider name
   • Package validity
   • Total number of SMS in the package (SMS Limit)
   • Number of SMS still available to allot (Available SMS)

5. Click Schools to see the schools assigned to a package and their SMS usage.

   For each school, the following details are shown:

   • School name
   • Package validity
   • Number of SMS allotted
   • Number of SMS still available to use
