How do I send an SMS to all users at once?
Send one text message to every student, parent and employee in a single step.
Before you start
To send an SMS to all myschool users, select all three of these checkboxes on the SMS Settings page: Send SMS to Parents, Send SMS to Students and Send SMS to Employees.
Steps to send an SMS to all users
- Go to Menu → Administration → Settings → SMS → Send SMS to All.
- Enter your message. Up to 160 characters counts as one message. Longer messages are split and delivered as several messages, and each part is deducted from your SMS balance.
- Click Send SMS.
Tip: Sending to all users uses one message per recipient (or more, for long messages). Check your available SMS balance before sending.
