How to assign subject fee amounts for a batch
Set an amount for each subject when the online application fee depends on the subjects a student chooses.
Subject amounts are used when the online application fee depends on the subjects a student selects.
Example:
- A student choosing Mathematics pays an application fee of 100 LYD.
- A student choosing Computer Science pays 150 LYD.
Set an amount for each subject and the system calculates the application fee from the student’s choices. Amounts can be set for normal and elective subjects.
Who can do this: the Administrator, or an employee with the Manage Course/Batch privilege.
Steps
- Go to Menu → Administration → Settings → Manage Course/Batch → Manage Course.
- Select the course.
- Click Assign Subject Amount at the top.
- Choose the subject, enter the amount and click Save.
