What privileges does a batch tutor have?
The privileges a batch tutor gets automatically, without extra permissions.
If an employee is a batch tutor and teaches at least one subject, they automatically get:
- Attendance marking for the assigned batch.
- Marks entry in the Examination and Gradebook modules.
- Student remarks management.
No extra privileges are needed for these tasks. The same employee can tutor several batches and gets the same privileges in each.
Note: A batch usually has one tutor, but you can assign more. See How to assign a tutor to a batch.
