Can I delete all students in a batch at once?

No. The system doesn’t support deleting students in bulk. Batch transfer and graduation work in bulk, but deletion is done one student at a time from their profile.

Deletion options

• Student leaving institution: archives the student and moves them to former students, keeping their records.
• Remove student records: permanently deletes all the student’s data; this cannot be undone.

Delete a student

1. Go to Menu → Academics → Students.
2. Search by name or admission number.
3. Click the name to open the profile.
4. Click Delete and follow the confirmation prompts.

Note: A student account can be deleted even if it has data in other modules.
