How to change or vacate a student's hostel room

Steps

1. Go to Menu → Administration → Hostel → Rooms to open the Room details page.
2. Select the hostel.
3. Click the room number. The students allocated to the room are displayed.
4. To move a student to another room, click Change beside the student, select the hostel, and then click Reallocate beside the room you want to move the student to.
5. To vacate a student from the room, click Vacate beside the student, and then click OK.
