Download reports and the "In Queue" status
Why an exported report shows "In Queue" after you click Export as CSV, and how to download it once it is ready.
When you click Export as CSV on a report, the report is generated in the background so it does not slow down your other work. Refresh the page after a short while to see the Download link, then click it to download the CSV file.
Why the status shows “In Queue”
Reports are generated in bulk from live data, so the status shows In Queue while the file is being prepared. A report usually takes a minute or two. Keep refreshing the page until the Download link appears.
