How do I send an SMS to a parent?

To send a message to a student’s parent or guardian instead of the student:

1. Go to Menu → Administration → Settings → SMS → SMS Settings.

2. Clear the Send SMS to Students checkbox, as shown below.

3. Follow the same steps as for sending an SMS to students.

When you now select a student and send the message, only that student’s parent or guardian receives it.

Note: The guardian’s mobile number must be saved in the student’s profile.
