How to view students who have not paid transport fees

Students who have not paid their assigned transport fees by the due date are listed as fee defaulters.

Student defaulters

1. Go to Menu → Administration → Transport → Transport Fee → Pay fees → Defaulters.

2. Select a batch.

3. Select a fee collection. All student defaulters are listed.

4. Click Pay fees to collect the transport fee.

Employee defaulters

Employees are not shown in the student defaulters list. To view employees with unpaid fees:

1. On the Student Defaulters page, click Employee Defaulters in the top right.

2. Select the fee collection.

3. Click Pay fees.
