How to unassign a hostel fee collection from a student
Remove hostel fee collections assigned to students from the Manage Fee Collection page.
Steps

Go to Menu → Administration → Hostel → Fee Collection → User-wise Fee Collections to open the User-wise Fee Collections page.

In the top right, click Manage Fee Collections to open the Manage Fee Collection page.

Select a batch. All students in the batch are listed with the hostel fee collections assigned to them. Clear the check boxes of the fee collections you want to unassign.

Click Update.
